Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and ask us to text you, or you text us, we may send service messages about plumbing work you requested. Those messages can include appointment reminders, scheduling, arrival or “on the way” notices, job updates, estimates, invoices, and replies to questions you send us.
Message frequency varies with the job. We do not send unrelated marketing blasts. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call 573-692-2411 or email straightflushplumbingloz@gmail.com. After you opt out, we will not send further texts except a one-time confirmation, or as needed to finish a job you already asked us to do if we cannot reach you another way.

Information we collect

- We collect only what we need to do the work you ask for:

- Name, phone number, email, and service address
- Messages you send us, including text messages
- Job details, service history, estimates, and invoices
- Payment status needed to complete the job

We do not buy contact lists. We do not collect information from people who have not contacted us or been referred for a job.

How we use it

We use this information only to schedule and perform plumbing work, send the service texts described above, provide estimates and invoices, answer questions, and keep our own job records.

We do not share your information

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share customer information with anyone for their own marketing, advertising, or any other purpose.

We do not give customer lists, phone numbers, or job details to other businesses, lead sellers, or data brokers.

The only people who see customer information are Straight Flush staff who need it to do the job, and service providers who process it only on our instructions so we can operate (for example, our texting system, Jobber, which delivers the texts, and our website host). Those providers are not allowed to use your information for their own purposes. That processing is not a sale or a share.

We may disclose information only if required by law, a court order, or to protect against fraud or a safety emergency.

How we protect it

Customer information is kept in business systems with restricted access. Only people who need it for a job can see it. We do not publish customer information.

Your choices

Email straightflushplumbingloz@gmail.com or call 573-692-2411 to update your contact information, ask what we have, or ask us to delete it. We will delete what we can. We may keep records we are required to keep for taxes, warranties, or an open job.

To stop texts, reply STOP.

Children

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
