Text message program

Program name: Straight Flush Plumbing

Description: Service texts about plumbing work you requested. Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling, arrival or “on the way” notices, job updates, estimates, invoices, and replies to questions you send us. We do not send unrelated marketing blasts.
Consent: You opt in by giving us your mobile number and asking us to text you, texting us first, or checking a consent box on a form. Consent is not a condition of buying plumbing service. We will still do the job if you do not opt in.

Message frequency: Varies by job. You may receive several messages on a scheduled day and occasional follow-ups until the job is done. We do not send a fixed number of marketing texts.

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s normal rates apply. We do not charge a fee to send or receive these texts.

Opt out

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you opt out, we will send one confirmation and will not send further texts unless you opt in again, or we must reach you another way to finish a job you already asked us to do.

Plumbing services

Estimates are estimates until the work is seen and agreed. Work is scheduled based on availability. You agree to give safe access to the property and accurate contact and address information. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. We are licensed and insured. Our work is warrantied for 1 year from the service date.

Website

Site content is owned by Straight Flush Plumbing LLC. Do not misuse the site, submit false requests, or attempt to disrupt it.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the effective date. Continued use of the text program after a change means you accept the updated terms. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
